The team members below work very closely with each other to lead the ministry to fulfill our mission and vision at Hudson Valley Fellowship. This is a group of talented individuals that love the Lord and are committed to serving Him. There is also a number of loving, caring and talented people in the congregation that work with these individuals on a day to day basis.

Pablo Diaz grew up on the Lower East Side of New York City. In his early teens, he began his speaking and preaching journey by addressing youth groups, church groups, and at neighborhood community events. Throughout the years his passion got stronger to help people connect to God and share the practical message of the gospel for everyday living. Integrating experience, education and humor into his preaching and teaching is core to his ministry of hope.

In the fall of 2008, Pablo was invited to teach a bible study to a group of 10 people in a home in Armonk, NY. He was eager to lead and serve and felt God calling him to pioneer a new church in the area. It wasn’t long before the bible study grew into Hudson Valley Fellowship.

Pablo has served as the Vice President of Ministries for Guideposts Outreach Division at the Peale Center in Pawling, New York since 2004. Pablo also served as Interim Minister at The Presbyterian Church of Mount Kisco, NY and Gilead Presbyterian Church, Carmel, NY. His other experiences include: Co-Founding Pastor, Hispanic Community Church of Boston; Executive Director of Parent Institute for Quality Education in Santa Ana, California, and Executive Director of T.H.I.N.K. Together in Southern California.

Pablo graduated with a B.S. from New York University, School of Social Work and earned his Master in Divinity degree from Andover Newton Theological School, Newton, Massachusetts. Pablo earned a Doctor of Ministry degree with distinction from Drew University, Madison, New Jersey. He is an ordained minister of the Presbyterian Church USA.

Pablo is married to Elba and has two adult children-Christine and Paul.  

Elba Diaz
Welcome Ministry Director  

Elba and Pablo were young leaders when they met at a youth retreat. For more than 25 years she has been alongside her husband Pastor Pablo in ministry. Throughout the years Elba has done whatever was needed to help the ministry develop. One of her most important jobs is caring for the spiritual well-being of the Diaz family. Elba is excited about the opportunity to serve at Hudson Valley Fellowship and enjoys helping church attendees feel welcomed and connected to the church.

Elba is a site manager of Senior Housing in Carmel, NY. Elba and Pablo have two adult children, Christine and Paul. 

Dina Caporale
Church Administrator

Dina Caporale is the Church Administrator at Hudson Valley Fellowship. Dina supports Pastor Pablo and the entire church on all administrative duties. This includes such things as preparation of the weekly bulletin, sending out weekly prayer requests, maintaining the church directory and preparing the minutes of church board meetings.

Dina is a warm and encouraging person who has grown in wisdom through studying God’s word. She has been serving the Lord for over 20 years and has served as a board member, leader of women’s ministries and leader of the young mothers group at other Christian churches.

Dina is an organized individual who makes it all work as she and her husband Bob raises three children – Robert, Jessica and Michael.

Bob Caporale
Ministry Operations Director

Bob Caporale oversees many of the executive ministries at Hudson Valley Fellowship including marketing, media, finance, facilities and legal.  Bob is a member of the Church Board, is a teacher in the Teen Sunday School class and serves as a back up preacher for Pastor Pablo from time to time. He is very excited about the many lives being touched at Hudson Valley Fellowship.

Bob has been serving the Lord for over 20 years and is passionate about the benefits of having a personal relationship with Jesus and learning God’s word. These benefits include: gaining wisdom, getting practical guidance in your life and growing in confidence through faith. He has experienced many of God's blessings in his own personal life.

Bob is a senior executive at a large global banking firm.  He has both a bachelor’s degree and masters in business administration. Bob and his wife Dina have three children – Robert, Jessica and Michael.

Danielle Orellana
Children’s Church Director

Danielle Orellana is passionate and motivated towards educating the future generations.  As a Certified NY State Biology Teacher, Danielle runs the Nursery Ministry and the Sunday School class for children ages 5-11. Danielle is a member of the Church Board and also serves in the Media Ministry.

Wally Williams
Worship Director

Wally Williams has been teaching the Bible in a small group setting for the last 10 years in her community. She strongly believes in the transforming power of the Word of God to equip the believers to do God's will in their lives. Currently she teaches two Bible studies for adults, runs the Teens Sunday School class ages 12-15, and leads the Worship team at Hudson Valley Fellowship.

Melvin Orellana
Media and Technology Director

Melvin Orellana has a professional background in Finance and Information Technology. His deep love for the Lord, as well as his calm and creative personality, has enabled him to develop and head the Media and Technology Ministry. Melvin believes that while Biblical principles must be the driving force of any church, the implementation of technology is a necessity. Churches need to adjust to the changing world around them in order to remain relevant and real to the people they are trying to reach.
